Terms of service
These terms govern the use of Solvey, an IT helpdesk service provided by Lukas Dulecki. By creating an organization or accepting an invitation you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Effective 2026-09-08
1. The service
Solvey is a hosted helpdesk for internal IT teams: tickets, replies, service-level timers, a requester portal, an API and webhooks, as described at https://solvey.io. We may improve or change the service over time. We will not remove a capability your organization pays for without at least thirty days' notice, except where required by law or to address a security risk.
2. Accounts and organizations
An organization is created by a person who becomes its first admin. Admins control who joins, what they may do, the organization's settings, billing and data. Each user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under their account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an organization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- send spam, malware, or content you have no right to share;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service beyond your own organization's data, or attempt to access another organization's data;
- resell the service, or use the API in a way that degrades it for others (rate limits are published in the documentation).
We may suspend access that breaches these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
4. Trials, seats and billing
Every organization starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no payment card. After the trial, the service is paid per seat per month at the prices shown at https://solvey.io/#pricing. Admins, agents and assistants hold seats; requesters are free and unlimited. An admin chooses how many seats to buy and may change the number at any time: increases are charged immediately, pro rata; decreases are credited immediately. Prices are shown before tax; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle issues the invoice and receipt, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to every purchase alongside these terms. Refunds are described in our refund policy.
5. Cancellation and lapse
An admin may cancel at any time from the billing page, without contacting anyone. The subscription then ends at the close of the paid period. An organization whose trial ends without a subscription, or whose subscription has ended, keeps read access to everything and can export its data, but cannot make changes until it subscribes again.
6. Your data
Everything your organization puts into the service — tickets, replies, people, settings — is yours. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy. You may export all of it at any time, before cancellation and for 30 days after, in JSON and CSV. 30 days after cancellation we delete it permanently.
Internal notes never leave your organization: they are not emailed to requesters and are not included in webhook deliveries. Every change to a ticket is recorded in an event log that cannot be edited.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times and to tell you about planned maintenance in advance. Support is provided by email at support@solvey.io, by the people who build the product.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount your organization paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least thirty days' notice by email to your organization's admins. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, cancel before then and export your data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
